Great traditional Japanese decor, comfy futon beds, beautiful lake view, convenient location, helpful and friendly staff.

Located in a scenic little town with beautiful views of the lake and surrounding parks, this hotel offers comfortable and spacious rooms along with a Japanese bathrobe and hair dryer. the breakfast service is nice and the woman in charge is kind and helpful. the hot springs, both indoor and outdoor, provide a relaxing and rejuvenating stay with light snacks and packed green tea available.
The hotel staff service is average and not particularly friendly.

Amazing view of the lake, clean and spacious rooms. The futons were comfy and warm. We even got to watch a stunning fireworks display from our room. The Japanese bathrobe provided for the Onsen was a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel.

We spent our Xmas holidays in a hotel located near a beautiful lake view. The size of the hotel room was great, and we enjoyed watching the fireworks from our balcony. we were provided with light snacks and packed green tea, that was a nice touch.
the bathroom was stinky and uncomfortable. We had to take a shower in the public hot spring instead.

The view from the room was fantastic and the price was reasonable. the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check, in early. the outdoor hot spring was very relaxing. We were also pleasantly surprised by the breakfast , it was delicious and had a variety of options. the location was great, with easy access to the nearby park and a short walk to the main street.
The state of the hotel room. the carpet was stained and the walls had marks on them.

I had an amazing stay here! The hotel is in a great location and had a beautiful view of the lake. The room was spacious and had traditional décor which I loved. The staff were friendly and helpful, even with their limited English. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety.
